With nearly three decades of experience in massage therapy, I bring a wide range of modalities to support healing and overall well-being. My career began in Arizona in 1996, specializing in sports neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. Since then, I’ve worked in diverse settings including physical therapy and chiropractic clinics, athletic clubs, salons, and spas. I hold certifications in Fascia Stretch Therapy (Levels 1–3), Abdominal Maya Massage, Medical Massage, Pelvic & Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Release, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Manual Drainage, among others.

My primary goal in treatment is to promote healthy activity and enhance quality of life. I believe that integrating multiple therapeutic approaches increases the potential for healing and growth within our community. I am excited for the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated counseling team to provide holistic care that nurtures both body and mind.

Outside of my practice, I am grateful for a life rich with learning and growth. Of Mexican descent, I was raised in Wisconsin and later settled in Texas after time spent in Arizona and California. In addition to my massage career, I have over 22 years of experience in pharmacy compounding—working in labs with IV products, TPNs, neonatal care, chemotherapy, and cardiac medications—and I serve as a professional medical interpreter. My greatest joys are my family, including my husband, a teacher, and our two adult children, and I am deeply committed to giving back to the community that supports me.
