    Clinical supervision with Jody Jones is rooted in his wide breadth of expertise from corporate culture to clinical wisdom. With a focus on helping the associate find their unique strength and giftings, he promotes self awareness and continual growth. As a continual learner himself, he brings a variety of modalities, perspectives, and skillset exposure to the supevisee. From marketing, speaking, clinic operations and, of course, client work, Jody brings depth to his associate’s time with him.

    He is a Psychodynamic Therapist with a passion for trauma-informed care, polyvagal theory, and EMDR therapy, leaning heavily into a client’s life experiences. He also has a special appreciation for brain health and nutrition as part of his holistic approach.

    His goal is to equip developing counselors with systemic awareness of their industry, confidence in who they are, and tools that support meaningful healing for their clients.

  • Bonnie Rinn LPC-S

    With over a decade of counseling experience, Bonnie brings deep clinical knowledge and a compassionate approach to her role as supervisor. She specializes in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and addiction, and integrates CBT, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and other trauma-informed modalities into her supervision.

    Bonnie emphasizes both clinical skill-building and self-of-the-therapist work, helping LPC-Associates grow in confidence and resilience while learning to apply evidence-based practices. She is committed to creating a supportive, reflective supervision space where associates can refine their professional identity and prepare to serve diverse adult populations with excellence.

  • Joye Jone LPC-S

    Joye Jones, LPC-S, brings over 20 years of counseling experience to her role as a clinical supervisor, offering a supportive yet challenging approach that fosters professional growth. She specializes in mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma recovery, integrating DBT, CBT, SFBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) into her supervision.

    Joye emphasizes solution-focused development, helping LPC-Associates build confidence, refine clinical skills, and develop resilience. With a multicultural background, fluency in English and Portuguese, and the ability to incorporate faith-based concepts upon request, she provides a well-rounded and individualized supervision experience.

  • Russell Baxter LPC-S

    Russell has a passion for teaching and mentoring counselors. In a very isolated industry, he knows the importance of intentional and practical training. He will do his best to provide each Associate with real-world experience and the business know-how to make it on their own.

    Having built his own business from the ground up, he knows a lot of the pitfalls of private practice and how to navigate the gray areas of counseling ethics.
