Taudrea Sinnie LPC-Associate
Supervised by Russell Baxter LPC-Supervisor
I work with teens (12+) and adults who are navigating challenges such as OCD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and the pressures that come with high expectations. My approach is grounded in helping individuals better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience in the face of daily stressors.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals who struggle with perfectionism and performance anxiety. As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete, I understand the unique demands of competitive environments spanning from the classroom, workplace, and sports field. I enjoy supporting individuals who want to manage stress more effectively, build confidence, and show up as their best selves both in and out of high-pressure settings.
In therapy, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where we can explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we will work toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
