Treatment starts off with a full evaluation to help our clinicians fully understand not just the problems you are facing but you as a person. Your life doesn’t revolve solely around mental health it is just a part of who you are and we want to help you navigate it.
Our clinicians use evidenced based techniques such as CBT, ACT, REBT, and Logotherapy to help you find the answers that you are looking for. We don’t do the work for you, but encourage you to find the strength and insight to be able to do it yourself. All of our treatment plans are individualized and specific to your personal and psychological needs.
